Manali Petrochem to sell UK arm Notedome to Italy’s Chimica Organica

Publicly listed, Chennai-based Manali Petrochemicals Ltd has divested its step-down UK subsidiary, Notedome Ltd , to Italian chemical specialities firm Chimica Organica Industriale Milanese (COIM). The consideration from the sale would be at least 8.5 times the adjusted EBITDA of 2.12 million pounds.Notedome manufactures high-performance polyurethane cast elastomers used in demanding applications across various industries. It accounts for over 10% of the INR 9.21 crore consolidated revenue of Manali Petrochemicals Ltd (MPL) in 2024-25 and 5.% % of its INR 10.95 crore net worth.Manali Petrochemicals is an integrated manufacturer of polyols and part of AM International, Singapore.
