Manipal Health to acquire Kinder Women's Hospital for Rs.130-Cr
Manipal Health Enterprises has signed a pact with Ernakulam-based Kindorama Healthcare to acquire the entire business operations and assets of Kinder Women's Hospital in Doddanekundi, Bengaluru, for INR 130 crore. The transaction does not entail the acquisition of shares.The hospital will be integrated into the existing Manipal Hospitals network. Manipal Health intends to use this acquisition to consolidate its presence in the Whitefield micro-market.
