Mankind Pharma divests its stake in Broadway Hospitality to AKRK Projects for Rs.49-Cr

Mankind Pharma has completed the sale of its 100% stake in New Delhi-based Broadway Hospitality Services to AKRK Projects and its partners. This transaction was valued at INR 49-Cr.Broadway offers hotel accommodation, camping site facilities, short-stay lodging and restaurant services. The firm owns brands such as Tavern in the Square, The Playwright, The Mercantile and Broadway.
