Marico to buy remaining 46% stake in True Elements for Rs.138-Cr

Mumbai-based, publicly listed fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) player Marico will acquire the remaining 46.02 % equity stake for INR 138 crore in Pune-based healthy food brand HW Wellness Solutions Pvt Ltd, which owns the brand ‘True Elements’. Post the acquisition, HW Wellness will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Marico.Founded in 2010, True Elements offers healthy breakfast and snack products through its website. For FY2024-2025, HW Wellness reported a turnover of INR164.38 crore.

In May 2022, Marico acquired a 53.98% stake in True Elements.
