Marksans Pharma acquires Dubai-based Access Healthcare for Rs.27-Cr

Publicly listed, Mumbai-headquartered Marksans Pharma has acquired Dubai-based marketing and promotion company Access Healthcare for Medical Products for INR 27.1 crore in an all cash deal. The transaction will be funded from internal accruals. For the year ended December 2021, Access Healthcare had reported revenues of INR 25 crore and a profit after tax of INR 9.4 crore. The company has no debt on its books. Access provides pharmaceutical companies marketing and sales solutions in the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region.
