Marksans Pharma acquires German distributor ABCnow for $1-M

Publicly listed Marksans Pharma is to acquire 100% of Flensburg, Germany-based pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution company ABCnow for EUR 892,384 (about USD 1 million) in cash. The transaction is expected to close by July 31, 2026.Incorporated in 2023, ABCnow markets and distributes over-the-counter pharmaceutical products in Germany. Marksans intends to use the acquired direct front-end sales and distribution infrastructure to market products manufactured across its facilities in India, the UK, and the USA.
