Max Health buys Nagpur’s Alexis Hospital for Rs.412-Cr
Publicly listed Max Healthcare has acquired the Nagpur-based Alexis Multi-Speciality Hospital INR 412 crores in an all cash deal.The target 200-bed hospital has a built up area of around 2.25 lakh square feet and offers multidisciplinary care in the areas of gastroenterology, neurosurgery, cardiology, transplants and related diagnostic facilities. Alexis Hospital’s current run rate of revenue and Ebitda is estimated to be INR 150 crore and INR 25 crore.
