Meat seller Zappfresh acquires 51% stake in Avyom Foodtech for Rs.7.5 Cr

Delhi NCR-based Zappfresh has acquired a 51% stake in Avyom Foodtech with a capital infusion of INR 7.5 crore via private placement. The acquisition is expected to conclude within three to nine months.Avyom Foodtech was set up in 2022 by Zappfresh directors Deepanshu Manchanda and Priya Aggarwal. The company is engaged in producing frozen and ambient food items, snacks, gravies and sauces. Avyom Foodtech reported a turnover of INR 14.9 lakh in FY25, a decrease from INR 19.6 crore in FY24.
