Men’s fashion brand Snitch acquires women’s western-wear seller Berrylush
Bengaluru-based D2C (direct-to-consumer) fashion brand Snitch has acquired Noida-based Berrylush , a women's western wear fashion brand.Founded in 2015 by Anusha Chandrashekar and Alok Paul, Berrylush sells affordable western wear for women through its website and online marketplaces.The company plans to use Snitch's resources in product development, technology, supply chain, marketing, and omnichannel retail to support its ongoing operations.
In Nov 2022, TMRW had acquired 51% stake in women’s western wear brand Berrylush for INR 27 crore.
