Micro-savings player Siply acquires digital chit-fund platform myPaisaa for $7.5 M
Bengaluru-based tech-enabled micro-savings platform Siply has acquired digital chit-fund platform myPaisaa for USD 7.5 million. Siply plans to enhance its offerings via myPaisaa's chit-fund distribution platform and build on the digital, sachet financial services proposition. Co-founded by Sousthav Chakrabarty, Siply helps under-served masses invest across instruments such as digital gold and other assets. It also provides micro-credit.
