Micromax takes over Vivo's Greater Noida factory: report

Bhagwati Products, a unit of Gurugram-headquartered manufacturer of consumer electronics and home appliances Micromax, has taken over smartphone maker Vivo’s manufacturing facility in Greater Noida. The facility will operate under Bhagwati’s original design manufacturing joint venture with Huaqin Technology, the world's largest original design manufacturer (ODM) for mobiles, tablets and laptops.
