Mobile ad services platform InMobi in talks to acquire social commerce firm Shop101
Mobile ad services platform InMobi is in talks to acquire social commerce firm Shop101. The Bengaluru-based company has been eyeing to build a commerce layer for its products Glance and Roposo.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Jun-18 and Mar-20, Shop 101 had raised INR 143 crore from Unilever Ventures, Stellaris Venture Partners, Vy Capital and Kalaari Capital.
