MPS acquires e-learning services firm E.I. Design

Publicly-listed MPS Ltd, via its wholly-owned subsidiary MPS Interactive Systems Ltd, has acquired a 100% stake in Bangalore-based e-learning content development firm, E.I. Design Pvt Ltd, for INR 40 crore in cash. EI Design has over two decades of experience designing learning and performance support solutions. For FY21, the company had reported a revenue of INR 31.71 Cr; PBT of INR 9.81 Cr and PAT of INR 7.35 Cr.
