Mumbai's Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital to merge with Agarwals eye care chain

Mumbai-based Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital is merging with Agarwals Eye Hospitals, which plans to invest INR 300 crore in Maharashtra over the next two years to set up 20 eye care hospitals. Aditya Jyot's merger will take Agarwals' total network to 100 hospitals. Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital is a four-storey hospital in Wadala in central Mumbai and is the first NABH-accredited eye hospital in the city. Agarwals Group is present in 11 countries and over 10 states of India.
