Natco to acquire US firm Dash Pharma for $18-M
Hyderabad-based, publicly listed Natco Pharma Ltd is to acquire a 100% stake in Upper Saddle River, NJ (US)-based Dash Pharmaceuticals LLC, a front-end pharmaceutical sales, marketing and distribution entity, for USD 18 million. Dash is expected to report net sales of USD 15 million for the year ending December 2021. For the year ended December 2020, it had posted a turnover of USD 11 million. The deal will provide Natco with a front-end in the US, the largest pharmaceutical market in the world.
