Navneet Education acquires majority stake in edtech firm Genext Students

Genext Students Private Limited, a Mumbai-based education technology company engaged in the business of offering online tutoring for students, has sold a majority stake to Navneet Education Limited (NEL). Navneet Tech Ventures Private Limited (NTVPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NEL has acquired 51.8% in Gennext. With the fresh funding, Genext plans to create exciting tech products for the teacher community, strengthen the tech ecosystem and expand its reach to the heartland of India.
