Naxnova acquires Austria’s Advanced Thermal Technologies

Mumbai-based Naxnova, formerly known as Classic Stripes, has acquired Advanced Thermal Technologies (ATT), an Austria-based company focused on thermal management solutions. The acquisition follows Naxnova’s acquisition of Belgium-based Quad Industries.ATT makes Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Sensor and Camera Heating Solutions, Vehicle Cabin Solutions, Battery Heating Solutions, Battery Diagnostic Solutions, Seat Sensing & Heating Solutions, serving a range of industries including automotive, aerospace, retail and building. By integrating ATT's cutting-edge technologies and expertise into Naxnova's portfolio, the deal paves the way for aggressive development and commercialization of next-generation thermal management solutions for customers globally and especially in India.
