Nazara acquires residual 48.42% stake in Paper Boat Apps for Rs.300-Cr
Publicly listed gaming and sports media company Nazara Technologies has acquired the remaining 48.42% stake in Mumbai-based Paper Boat Apps (publisher of children’s gamified learning app ‘Kiddopia’) from its promoters Anupam and Anshu Dhanuka for INR 300 crore to be paid in cash over tranches. The initial tranche will be INR 225 crore. The turnover of Paper Boat Apps for FY24 was INR 219.44 crore.
