Nazara acquires UK-based Fusebox Games for $27.2 M
Gaming and sports media company Nazara Technologies? has acquired UK-based Fusebox Games Ltd for INR 228 crore (USD 27.2 million) in an all-cash deal.Fusebox is the maker of the interactive story game ‘Love Island’ based on the popular British TV show of the same name that places a group of contestants, known as "Islanders," in a luxurious villa, where they live together while trying to form romantic connections.Nazara Technologies was advised by Jerome Merchant + Partners as legal advisors, KPMG as financial due diligence advisors and Taxedge as tax advisors for this transaction.Fusebox Games Ltd had Aream & Co and Level Up Partners as financial advisors and Osborne Clark as legal advisors.
