Nazara acquires UK-based game publisher Curve Games for Rs.247-Cr

Listed gaming firm Nazara Technologies, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Nazara UK, has acquired London-based independent video game publisher for Console and PC platforms, Curve Digital Entertainment for GBP 21.7 million (approx. INR 247 crore). With this acquisition, Nazara is looking to diversify beyond mobile gaming into the lucrative PC and console segments.Founded in 2015, Curve group owns two developmental studios: Iron Oak and Runner Duck. It partners with third-party developers by offering financial support, technical assistance, and creative guidance, while also managing marketing, distribution, and post-release support across PC, consoles, and mobile devices.
