Nazara unit acquires Ukrainian e-sports co. StarLadder for $5.5 M
Gurugram-headquartered e-sports platform Nodwin Gaming , a subsidiary of listed gaming firm Nazara Technologies, has acquired Ukraine-based e-sports organiser StarLadder for USD 5.5 million (INR 46.75 crore).The acquisition will be a combination of secondary sale and stock swap. Nodwin will pay USD 2 million (INR 17 crore) in cash and the rest by way of share swap, by which the founder Roman Romanstov would become a shareholder of Nodwin Gaming and continue to lead the business.Founded in 2018, Starladder organises e-sports events. The company organizes white-label events and has experience working with the largest game developers .
Nodwin Gaming had acquired AFK Gaming, Trinity Gaming, Freaks 4U, Comic Con India, Ninja Global Fzco during 2024.
