Nazara unit acquires US-based Deltia’s Gaming for $900-K
Sports media platform Absolute Sports, a subsidiary of publicly listed Nazara Technologies which operates Sportskeeda.com, has acquired US-based gaming and esports content platform Deltias Gaming for USD 900,000 (INR 7.57 crore).Nazara intends to leverage Deltia's user base of almost 1.5 million monthly readers and its brand equity. The acquisition also provides access to a large audience on YouTube and popular gaming streaming network Twitch under Deltia's Gaming brand.
