Nazara unit to acquire UK-based growth marketing agency Space & Time for $6.2 M

Mumbai-based, publicly listed Nazara Technologies, via its digital advertising unit Datawrkz , has acquired a 100% stake in Space & Time , a UK-based growth marketing agency, for GBP 4.8 M (approximately INR 52.3 crore or USD 6.23 million).Founded in 2000, Space & Time is an independent growth marketing agency with 135 staff across offices in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Surrey and Bournemouth. Its clients cut across diverse sectors and include names like Taylor Wimpey Plc, Caffe Nero, O2 Retail, Save The Children and Wolf 1834.
