Nazara’s e-sports platform Nodwin buys Trinity Gaming for Rs.24-Cr

Gurugram-headquartered e-sports and gaming platform Nodwin Gaming International, a subsidiary of listed gaming firm Nazara Technologies, has acquired 100% stake in Delhi-based gaming agency and platform Trinity Gaming for INR 24 crore (USD 2.8 million).Nodwin will pay INR 4.8 crore in cash. The remaining INR 19.2 crore will be settled through an equity share swap.Founded in 2019 by Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, Trinity Gaming offers services such as creator support for Meta and a gaming multi-channel network (MCN) for YouTube.
