Nexus Select Trust to acquire B'lore-based Vega City Mall for Rs.877-Cr

Publicly listed retail assets focused REIT, Nexus Select Trust, is to acquire the Vega City Mall in Bengaluru from Blue Horizon Hotels, as well as the land on which the mall is constructed, for INR 877 crore. The functional mall has a total area of 0.45 million sq ft.
