Nexus Select Trust to acquire Kolkata’s Diamond Plaza for Rs.348-Cr

Diamond Plaza , a commercial shopping mall in Kolkata, is to be acquired by Blackstone Group-backed Nexus Select Trust for INR 347.5 crore. Nexusmalls Whitefield, an SPV of the trust, will conduct the proposed acquisition.Diamond Plaza has about 244,000 square feet of gross leasable area and is currently owned and managed by Super Diamond Enterprises, a company incorporated in 2005 that operates in the commercial real estate sector.
