Nishkala Healthcare acquires insolvent Suasth Hospital for Rs.189-Cr
Mumbai-based Nishkala Healthcare has acquired Suasth Healthcare Foundation's 400-bed hospital in Navi Mumbai for INR 189 crore under IBC. The acquisition is funded in a mix of INR 73 crore in equity and the rest by debt from the promoters of Nishkala Healthcare.Post-acquisition, the hospital is expected to see enhancements in infrastructure and operational continuity, including the establishment of a medical college.
