Nova IVF acquires majority stake in Kerala's CRAFT Hospitals for $40-M
Bengaluru-based Nova IVF Fertility has acquired a majority stake in Kerala's CRAFT Hospitals in a deal valued at about USD 40 million (INR 368 crore). Advay Capital advised CRAFT Hospitals and its promoter C Mohamed Ashraf on the sale.The acquisition of CRAFT Hospitals, one of Kerala’s leading fertility centres, strengthens Nova IVF's presence in South India. Nova IVF, owned by TPG Capital-backed Asia Healthcare Holdings, currently operates one centre in Palakkad.
