NSE tech arm acquires majority stake in cloud services co Cloudxchange.io
NSEIT Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, has acquired a majority stake in fellow Mumbai-listed cloud services startup Cloudxchange.io. Cloudxchange.io is a multi cloud managed services provider for AWS, Azure, Google & Oracle Cloud. With this deal, NSEIT aims to offer end-to-end digital transformation solutions, from cloud to security.
