Nykaa acquires 51% stake in skincare brand Aminu Wellness
Beauty and fashion retailer Nykaa has acquired 51% stake in the Mumbai-based skincare brand Aminu Wellness for INR 32 crore in cash.Founded in 2019, Aminu Wellness had recorded a turnover of INR 19.4 crore in FY26. Nykaa plans to use the acquisition to strengthen its presence in the premium beauty and personal care segment by integrating the research and development capabilities and distribution network of Aminu Wellness.
