Nykaa acquires 60% stake in Nudge Wellness for Rs.3.6 Cr

Mumbai-based, publicly-listed beauty products e-commerce firm Nykaa has acquired a 60% stake in Delhi-based Nudge Wellness Pvt Ltd for INR 3.6 crore. Nudge Wellness makes and sells dietary supplements and other nutricosmetics products.
