Nykaa acquires 82% stake in Simply Nam for Rs.33-Cr

Listed beauty and fashion retailer Nykaa has acquired an 82% stake in Mumbai-based beauty products brand Simply Nam for a cash consideration of INR 33 Cr.Founded in 2022 by celebrity makeup artist Namrata Soni, Simply Nam specializes in premium beauty products. The company recorded a turnover of INR 17 Cr in fiscal 2026, compared to INR 9.6 Cr in fiscal 2025.
For FY25, Simply Nam Beauty had reported about INR 10 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1 Cr in Net Loss.
