Nykaa acquires assets of activewear brand Kica for Rs.4.51 Cr
Mumbai-based, publicly-listed beauty products e-commerce firm Nykaa has purchased the assets (including intangibles such as brand trademark, domain, and copyright) from Aneesha Labroo, the owner of the activewear brand Kica, for INR 4.51 crore. The target e-tails garments like tops, shorts, sports bra, leggings and tracks.
