Oberoi Realty sells its stake in Sangam City Township

Mumbai-based real estate developer Oberoi Realty has sold its entire 31.67% stake in Pune's Sangam City Township to Balewadi Tech Park for INR 3.6 crore. The deal marks Oberoi Realty's complete exit from the joint venture entity.
