Ola acqui-hires geospatial services provider GeoSpoc

Ride hailing company Ola has acquired Pune-based geospatial services provider GeoSpoc, a move that will help the ride-hailing platform develop technologies to make mobility accessible across shared and personal vehicles. Post the buy-out, the entire team of GeoSpoc as well as co-founder Dhruva Rajan will be joining Ola.
