Om Logistics acquires ICD Bawal for Rs.110-Cr
Delhi-based supply chain and logistics management firm Om Logistics has acquired Haryana-based Inland Container Depot (ICD) Bawal for INR 110 crore. The acquisition is expected to enable the company to expand operations across the country, reduce average transit times, and optimise supply chain management.
