OneAssist Consumer Solutions acquires TechGuard
Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners-backed OneAssist Consumer Solutions has acquired Mumbai-based TechGuard, which offers enterprise solutions like extended warranty, mobile protection, value-added services and gadget protection. IndusLaw advised OneAssist Consumer Solutions on the deal. Mumbai-headquartered OneAssist provides consumer-focused membership programs. The company offers assistance with home, office, finance, health, education, children, boss, parents, theft, and other programs.
