Onsitego acquires Quess Corp's Qdigi Services for Rs.80-Cr

Accel-backed Onsitego, an after-sale service provider to consumer devices, has acquired Qdigi Services, a subsidiary of Quess Corp, in a transaction valued at INR 80 crore. The acquisition is expected to complement Onsitego’s business and also expand market opportunity.Qdigi Services has a network across India and provides installation, repair, and maintenance services to OEMs like Samsung, Apple, One Plus and Xiaomi. It has over 1,400 employees and operates more than 100 company-owned, besides 200-plus franchise service centres.Quess Corp, which primarily provides staffing services, acquired Qdigi Services in 2018 for INR 30 crore.
