Oyo acquires French rental homes player Checkmyguest for $27.4 M

Travel and hospitality technology platform Oyo has acquired Paris-based premium rental homes company Checkmyguest for USD 27.4 Million (INR 230 crore) in a cash and stock deal.Checkmyguest offers a range of vacation rental properties, including homestays and luxury apartments. The acquisition also includes the housing renovation business HMG (formerly known as Helpmyguest) and luxury rental apartment management company Studio Prestige.

In Aug 2024, Oyo Rooms had raised USD 125 million from J&A Partners and Incred Capital.
