Park Medi World acquires Agra’s KP Institute of Medical Sciences for Rs.245-Cr

Gurugram-based Park Medi World has acquired Agra-based KP Institute of Medical Sciences (KPIMS) for INR 245 crore through an all-cash transaction.KPIMS is a tertiary-care healthcare facility with a total capacity of 360 beds. The facility holds NABH accreditation, offers comprehensive super-speciality services, and is included in major insurance and government schemes.Park Group claims to be North India’s second-largest hospital chain, with 14 hospitals and a combined capacity of 3,250 beds. The group is also integrating six additional hospitals, which will add 1,650 beds, aiming to reach a total capacity of 5,260 beds by March 2028.
