Persistent Systems acquires data privacy player Arrka for Rs.14.4 Cr

Publicly-listed Persistent Systems has acquired 100% stake in fellow Pune-based Arrka Infosec , which specialises in data privacy management and AI governance, for INR 14.4 crore. The deal is expected to close within four to six weeks.Arrka’s platform helps organisations manage data privacy risks and comply with multi-jurisdictional legal and regulatory requirements in an integrated fashion. Arrka’s co-founder, Shivangi Nadkarni, and her team will join Persistent as part of the acquisition.
