Piramal Enterprises acquires 100% stake in promoter group construction co. PRL Agastya for Rs.90-Cr

Publicly listed Piramal Enterprises has acquired a 100% stake in PRL Agastya Pvt Ltd for INR 90 crore. PRL Agastya being a promoter group company, the acquisition is a related party transaction. PRL Agastya is engaged in the business of construction and development of real estate projects. It had total revenue of INR 3,139.01 lakh for the year ended March 31, 2022.
