Precision engg co. Raghu Vamsi acquires UK's PMC Group for Rs.100-Cr

Hyderabad-based precision engineering player Raghu Vamsi Group has acquired a 100% stake in UK-based precision machining player PMC Group , which specialises in manufacturing components for the oil and gas industry. The deal is pegged at INR 100 crore, including over INR 65 crore (6.2 million GBP) by way of equity and the rest towards working capital.The deal includes all three PMC group companies: Al-Met , Roota and Martract . The PMG Group has three facilities - one in Wales and two in Sheffield - and has around 100 employees. Its current revenues are over INR 180 crore.
