Pricol acquires Sundaram Auto Components’ injection moulding biz for Rs.215-Cr

Coimbatore-headquartered, listed automotive components company Pricol Ltd, through Pricol Precision Products Pvt Ltd, has acquired Sundaram Auto Components Ltd (SACL)’s injection moulding business in an all cash deal for INR 215.3 crore. Post-acquisition, Pricol will see a consolidated topline addition of approximately INR 730 crores combined with SACL’s financial parameters that are value accretive to Pricol.SACL, part of the TVS Motor Company, has six manufacturing facilities across India.

For FY24, Sundaram Auto Components had reported about INR 763.79 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 19.25 Cr in PAT.
