Protectt.ai to acquire controlling stake in AI security platform AIShield

Mumbai-based cybersecurity firm Protectt.ai is to acquire a controlling stake in Bengaluru-based AIShield , an AI security platform incubated within Bosch Global Software Technologies. Bosch will hold a minority stake in the entity following the transaction. The deal involves both primary and secondary share components.Founded in 2022 by Shiv Kumar and Amit Phadke, AIShield specializes in protecting machine learning models, generative AI applications, and AI supply chains against adversarial attacks and compliance risks. Following the acquisition, AIShield will operate as an independent entity under Protectt.ai, maintaining its own management team focused on AI security research and product development.
