Rashi Peripherals acquires 67% stake in VDA Infosolutions for Rs.369-Cr
Mumbai-based Rashi Peripherals has acquired a 67% stake in fellow Mumbai-based VDA Infosolutions for INR 368.5 crore. The company would acquire the remaining 33% stake over the next three years through a pre-defined mechanism. Singhi Advisors, acted as an exclusive strategic & financial advisor to Rashi Peripherals on this transaction.Founded in 2010, VDA Infosolutions provides services in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud computing, enterprise storage, cybersecurity, and data lifecycle management. The company’s clients include IBM, Cisco, and Dell Technologies.Rashi Peripherals intends to use this acquisition to address rising demand for artificial intelligence-enabled IT environments, advanced data center solutions, cybersecurity, and hybrid IT managed services.Rashi Peripherals , established in 1989, operates as a distributor of information and communications technology products and solutions. The company serves a network of channel partners across 700 locations in India, supported by 56 branches, 50 service centers, and 71 warehouses.
