Reliance Infra transfers 2% stake in 49:51 JV to Dassault Aviation for Rs.176-Cr

Anil Ambani-promoted, Mumbai-headquartered Reliance Infrastructure , through its wholly owned subsidiary, Reliance Aerostructure Ltd (RAL), has transferred a 2% stake in its joint venture, Dassault Reliance Aerospace Ltd (DRAL), to French defence major Dassault Aviation for INR 175.96 crore.Upon the transfer, Reliance Aerostructure will hold 49%, and Dassault Aviation will raise its stake to 51%.Founded in 2017, DRAL engages in the business of manufacturing components for the Falcon business jets, a product line of Dassault Aviation, and aims to promote indigenous aerospace manufacturing capabilities.
