Bengaluru-based logistics unicorn Netradyne has acquired Utrecht, Netherlands-based fleet management company Moove Connected Mobility to strengthen its presence in the market.Founded in 2017, Moove helps companies manage and optimise their vehicle fleets using data and technology by connecting vehicles, drivers, and data systems into one platform. The company employs telematics, IoT (Internet of Things), and analytics for performance tracking and improvement.Post-acquisition, Moove will operate as Netradyne Europe's central hub for regional sales, customer engagement, partnerships, and market development.
