Rural-tech platform 1Bridge acquires eSamudaay's tech assets

RubanBridge Pvt Ltd, a rural distribution platform which operates under the name 1Bridge, has acquired the technology assets of fellow Bengaluru-based eSamudaay. eSamudaay aims to build a local e-commerce network for communities through its technology platform. The deal will facilitate building of a stack for the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC).
