Saints & Masters acquires Microsoft solutions partner Xencia

Kochi-headquartered technology services firm Saints & Masters (S&M) has acquired Bengaluru-based Microsoft solutions partner Xencia Technology to strengthen its multi-cloud capabilities.The transaction was structured as 50% cash, paid through equity and debt, with no debt extended to Xencia, and 50% as a share swap with S&M shares allotted to Xencia’s promoters. It follows S&M’s earlier acquisition of AWS partner Nubinix Technologies in March 2026.Xencia Technology Solutions is a cloud and digital transformation consultancy that helps enterprises modernise their IT infrastructure. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, the firm helps in moving legacy businesses to the Microsoft Cloud, securing digital workplaces, and automating workflows.
